For Hard reset Coolpad Note 5 use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the COOLPAD logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. After the Android Robot logo appears on the screen, you need to press the Volume Up and Power buttons
