For Hard reset Conquest S12 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. After the CONQUEST logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

6. Select menu item "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
