1. Turn off the phone using the Power button.

2. Briefly press Volume Up and Power.

3. Release all keys when you see the download mode pop-up window.

4. Select Recovery Use Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to confirm the selection.

5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume UP and Power button again.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate the menu and the Power button to confirm the selection.
