For Hard reset Centric P1 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all buttons.

4. Select Recovery using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to confirm your selection.

5. After the Android Robot image appears, press the Volume Up and Power button.

6. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate and the Power key to confirm your selection.

7. Select Yes from the menu and press the Power button.

8. When Recovery Mode appears, select " reboot system now " using the Power button.
