1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Then press the Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when you see the Boot Mode information.

4. Select Recovery using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to confirm your selection.

5. When the Android Robot image appears, press the Volume Up and Power buttons.

6. Select " wipe data / factory reset ". Use the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate the menu and the Power key to confirm your selection.
