For Hard reset Celkon AR45 use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the CELKON logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. After the image of Android Robot appears on the screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button

7. In the menu, go to "reboot system now"

8. Data reset operation completed
