For Hard reset Celkon A97i use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the CELKON logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously when the Android Robot logotype appears on the screen

5. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

6. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button
