For Hard reset Celkon A64 use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. When the CELKON logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and press the Volume Up and Power buttons
