For Hard reset Celkon A60 use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. After the CELKON logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. When the Android Robot image appears on the screen, press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously

5. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button

7. Go to item "reboot system now"

8. Data reset operation completed
