For Hard reset Cat S61 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up button and the Power button for a few seconds.

3. When it appears Boot Mode, release all the buttons.

4. Use the Volume Up key to select «Recovery» and confirm the Volume down key.

5. When the Android image appears, press the Power buttons for a few seconds and press the Volume Up button once.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

7. Select Yes. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button once.
