For Hard reset Cat S52 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Down and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the CAT logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Down button and Recovery Mode appears.

5. To select " wipe data / factory reset " use the Volume Up / Down buttons, and confirm the selection using the Power button.

6. Select Yes and confirm with Power .
