For Hard reset BQ Aquaris M5.5 use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. When the BQ logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button

6. In the menu, go to "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
