1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

4. Press and hold the Power button and press the Volume Up button once to open the Recovery mode .

5. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press the Power button to confirm.

6. Select Yes using the same keys as before and confirm with Power .

7. Select " reboot system now " using the same keys as before and confirm with the Power button.
