1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down keys and Power for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when you see the Bluboo logo.

4. Release the Volume down button when you see Factory Mode.

5. To select Clear EMMC Use the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirm the selection by clicking the Power button.
