For Hard reset Bluboo Edge use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all keys.

4. Go to Recovery using the Volume Up button and press the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. Press the Power and Volume Up buttons together again.

6. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press the Power button to confirm.

7. Select Yes using the same keys as before and confirm with Power .

8. Select " reboot system now " using the same keys as before and confirm with the Power button.
