Hard reset BLU Studio J2

For Hard reset BLU Studio J2 use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a short time

3. When the Boot Mode menu appears on the screen, release both keys

4. In the menu, go to Recovery. The Volume up key can be used to navigate and the Volume Down key to confirm the selection

5. After the image with Android Robot appears on the screen, press the Volume Up and Power keys simultaneously

6. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button

8. In the menu, go to "reboot system now"

9. Factory data reset completed

	Followed the steps as explained above. Phone keep freezing at the BLU Bold Like Us screen and does not do any further actions.
