For Hard reset BenQ P50 use following steps

1. The « Reset » button is located at the bottom of the phone in the recess of the stylus.

2. Press and hold the Power button, insert the stylus into the recess to press the « Reset » button.

3. When the screen is completely off, release the Power button and pull out the stylus.

4. The power indicator turns green. At this point, press the Power button to turn on the phone.
