For Hard reset BenQ F52 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when you see the BENQ logo.

4. Release the Volume Down button when Recovery Mode appears.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate through the menus and the Power key to confirm your selection.

6. Select « Yes - delete all user data » using the same keys as before and confirm with Power .

7. Select " reboot system now " using the same keys as before and confirm with the Power button.
