For Hard reset BenQ F5 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when you see the Android icon.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press the Power button to confirm.
