For Hard reset BenQ F3 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when you see the Android icon.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press the Power button to confirm.

5. Select Yes using the same keys as before and confirm with Power .

6. Select " reboot system now " using the same keys as before and confirm with the Power button.
