BenQ-Siemens P51 Overview
The BenQ-Siemens P51 is a mobile phone that runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC operating system. It is powered by a 32-bit Intel XScale PXA272 416 MHz processor and has 64MB of RAM and 192MB of ROM for internal memory. The device also supports external memory via MMC/SDIO.
