For Hard reset Asus ZenFone Pegasus 4S Max Plus use following steps

1. You need to turn off your smartphone with the Power button

2. Pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds

3. The keys can be released when the Boot Mode menu appears on the phone screen

4. Go to the Recovery menu section. The Volume up key is used to navigate the menu, and the Volume down key is used to confirm the selection.
