1. Use the Tenorshare 4uKey for Android app.

Connect your phone to PC and open Tenorshare 4uKey for Android.
A menu will appear on the screen, press Remove.
After verifying the data, the removal of the smartphone screen lock will begin. Confirm the deletion, click OK.
Wait until the end of the operation, and put the phone into recovery mode.
Click the Next button, then follow the steps recommended by the program to restore the device to factory settings and reboot it. After rebooting the smartphone, the screen lock will be disabled.

Volume down button + Power button;
Volume up button + Power button;

Select Recovery by using the volume up/down buttons to move through the menu and confirm the selection by pressing the power button.
Using the volume up / down buttons, select Wipe data/factory reset. and press the power button.
Confirm the hard reset and reboot the phone.

Download Aroma File Manager via computer to your phone's memory card. Insert a memory card into your smartphone.
Using a combination of buttons, put your smartphone into recovery mode.
In recovery mode, find the item Install zip. Then go to Install zip from sdcard -> Choose zip from sdcard, go to the archive folder with this program and select it.

Restart your smartphone. The screen lock will be released.
