For Hard reset Asus ROG Phone 3 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Down and Power button for a few seconds.


3. Release the Power button when the Android logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Down button when recovery mode appears .


5. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select "wipe data / factory reset" and confirm the selection by the Power button.



6. Select Yes and confirm the Power button.

7. Select "Reboot System Now" and confirm the selection by the Power button.
