For Hard reset Ark S503 (New) use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume down and Power and Power together for a few seconds.

3. When Ark logo appears, release the Power button.

4. After the Android robot screen appears, release the Volume down button.

5. Once again, press and hold the Power and Volume UP button.

6. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select "wipe data / factory reset", and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

7. Select Yes and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm the selection.
