1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button for a few seconds.

3. When the ARK logo appears, release the Power button.

5. Now press the Volume Up button to open the Recovery Mode .

6. Select " wipe data / factory reset ". Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm your selection.
