For Hard reset Archos Diamond 2 Plus use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the ARCHOS logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button

6. Go to the menu section "reboot system now"
