For Hard reset Amazon Fire Phone use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the AMAZON logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button
