For Hard reset AllCall S1 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the ALLCALL logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. In the menu, go to "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
