For Hard reset alcatel Pop S9 use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds

3. When the ALCATEL logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

5. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button
