For Hard reset 10.or G2 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. For a few seconds, simultaneously press the Volume Up button and the Power button.

3. When the logo 10.OR will appear, release all the buttons.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select "wipe data / factory reset", and confirm the selection by the Power button.

5. Select Yes and confirm the selection by the Power button.

6. Select Reboot System Now and confirm the Power button.
