OPPO has unveiled a slightly modified version of the OPPO A6c smartphone for the global market. Compared to the original model, the device has undergone several changes, the most notable of which is the increased battery capacity. The highlight of the new model is a 6.75-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1570x720 pixels. The display supports a 120 Hz refresh rate, and its peak brightness reaches 700 cd/m². The global version of the OPPO A6c is powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor. The smartphone has 4 GB of RAM (LPDDR4X) and 64 or 128 GB of storage (UFS 2.2). Storage capacity can be expanded using a microSD card. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. The battery capacity of the new model has increased slightly compared to the Chinese version (from 6,500 to 7,000 mAh). However, the charging power is low—only 15 W. The camera setup remains the same: a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device's body is dust and splash resistant to IP64 standards. The global version of the OPPO A6c is already on sale in Thailand for $145 for the 4/64 GB model. The 4/128 GB model is priced at $175. |
