The Nubia brand has released a new smartphone called the V80 Design. The model is positioned in the budget price segment, but is equipped with a fast display, a dedicated button for launching AI functions, and a camera design similar to the iPhone 17 Pro.

The front of the smartphone is occupied by a 6.75-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1940x900 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 1000 cd/m². Performance is provided by an entry-level Unisoc T7280 processor, complemented by 4/8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

The camera unit includes a main module (50 MP), a 2 MP depth sensor, and a decorative plug. The smartphone is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with support for 22.5W charging and 10W wired reverse charging.

The Nubia Linkfree feature allows you to make voice calls and exchange messages via Bluetooth when there is no cellular connection. The claimed range is up to several hundred meters (may vary depending on terrain).

The smartphone runs on Android 16 and supports various AI features, including real-time translation, text generation, and image editing. The list of features also includes water and dust protection (IP64), an NFC module (depending on the market), and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

The Nubia V80 Design in black, beige, blue, and pink colors is now available in the Philippines. The 4+256 GB version costs $100, while the 8 GB RAM model is priced at $110.
