The Nubia S2 smartphone is positioned as an inexpensive model with a basic set of features. However, in one respect, the new model can compete with a number of flagships: its high-class body protection, which looks completely standard. The Nubia S2 is equipped with a 6.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels. Under the hood, it has a Unisoc T8100 processor, 6 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage (expandable with a microSD card up to 1 TB). The smartphone is equipped with a dual rear camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module. A 5100 mAh battery provides autonomy. The body is protected from water and dust according to IP65, IP68, and IP69 standards, and its shock resistance is confirmed by MIL-STD-810H certification. Other specifications of the Nubia S2 include GPS and NFC modules, a 3.5 mm audio jack, a fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition. The smartphone was presented on the Japanese market in black, white, and lavender colors, but the release date and price have not yet been announced. |
