As a user of this laptop with an Intel Core i7-8565U processor, I find the CPU resources to be sufficient for multitasking. While gaming is possible with Intel UHD Graphics, a dedicated GPU would provide better performance. The 512GB SSD is ample for storing files. With 16GB of RAM, additional memory would be nice. There are enough USB ports for connectivity. The 14-inch display offers good picture quality for office work, watching movies, and browsing YouTube.

I upgraded the memory to 32 GB and replaced the hard disk with a 1 TB SSD
