The laptop has decent CPU resources for everyday tasks. It is possible to play games on the laptop, although not high-end ones. The 500 GB HDD is enough for storing files. 8 GB of RAM is sufficient but adding more would be nice. There are enough USB ports for basic use. The picture quality on the screen is good for office programs, watching movies, and YouTube.
