Introducing the Motorola G100s: a budget Snapdragon phone with a high-capacity battery

Motorola has released a new smartphone, the G100s, which is positioned as an inexpensive gadget with good battery life. In addition, the new model features a screen without PWM and moisture protection.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.72-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The peak brightness of the backlight is 1050 cd/m², and there is a hardware blue light filter. The new model's performance is provided by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, along with 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage.

The battery capacity is 7000 mAh, and the charging power is 30 W. The rear camera unit includes 50 MP (main) and 8 MP (ultra-wide) sensors, while an 8 MP front camera is used for selfies and video calls.

Among other features, the manufacturer highlights IP64-rated body protection, stereo speakers, and an NFC chip. The Motorola G100s is already on sale in China at a price of $140 and $154 for the 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB versions, respectively.
