At IFA 2025, Lenovo unveiled its new Motorola Edge 60 Neo smartphone. The device is positioned as a slim and lightweight mid-range device with an emphasis on durability, modern AI features, and advanced camera capabilities. The smartphone is protected against water, dust, moisture, shocks, vibrations, and other impacts according to IP69 and MIL-STD 810H standards. It features a 6.4-inch LTPO pOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Performance is provided by a mid-range MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and up to 12 GB of RAM. Up to 256 GB of storage is available. The smartphone runs on Android 15 and will receive OS and security updates for 5 years. An important update compared to its predecessor is the increase in battery capacity to 5000 mAh (previously 4310 mAh). Charging supports 68W via cable and 15W via wireless technology. The cameras include a main module with a 50 MP Sony LYT-700C sensor, a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with macro mode, a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom, and a 32 MP front camera with 4K video recording support. In Europe, the Motorola Edge 60 Neo is priced at ˆ399 and will go on sale in September. |
