Infinix has announced that the participants will be using the brand's new smartphone at the upcoming event. The company revealed what kind of selection the gadget had to go through and shared information about the competition.

Infinix GT 20 Pro has become the official smartphone for PMSL participants. It will be played in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa, $400,000 prize pool) and CSA (Central and South Asia, $200,000 prize pool) regions in the championship finals. The winners will be announced on June 9 and June 15, respectively.

To represent the tournament, the smartphone had to pass three rounds of tests. In the first one, the basic performance of the gadget was evaluated. In the second, the gaming capabilities of the smartphone were tested in a stress test, simulating the conditions of the match. In the third round, the GT 20 Pro was evaluated by professional players: they tested the cooling system and other features in conditions close to the competition.

An important feature of the Infinix GT 20 Pro was the use of a high-performance processor with a special image output chip.It is also the first Infinix smartphone to receive IRX certification, which confirms a high level of immersive gaming experience.
