HUAWEI has officially announced its new flagship Pura 90 series. The company revealed the designs of the Pro and Pro Max models, disclosed some features, and announced the exact date of their launch. The smartphones retain the recognizable design of the previous generation with a large triangular camera module. At the same time, the edges of the body have become flat, and the screen is surrounded by ultra-thin bezels. The first thing that catches the eye are the vibrant colors, including gradients reminiscent of the HUAWEI P20 Pro. HUAWEI has already opened pre-orders in China. The Pura 90 Pro is available in four colors and configurations: 12+256 GB, 12+512 GB, 16+512 GB, and 16 GB of RAM with 1 TB of storage. The higher-end Pura 90 Pro Max comes in an expanded palette of five colors and offers similar storage options. According to available information, the smartphones will feature the new Kirin 9030 Pro chip with a nine-core architecture. They will run on HarmonyOS 6 with an updated interface and support HyperSpace Memory technology for more efficient memory and background process management. New cameras with in-house developed sensors are also expected. The Pura 90 series will be unveiled on April 20. The new Pura X2 foldable smartphone may also be unveiled alongside them. |
