HUAWEI unveiled a lightweight OLED laptop running HarmonyOS

HUAWEI has expanded the list of branded laptops running HarmonyOS with a new model called Qingyun HM940. The device features a touch OLED screen, advanced acoustics and deep integration into the branded ecosystem.

HUAWEI doesn't reveal the processor model and dedicated graphics chip, but the rest of the specs are known. RAM, depending on configuration, is 24GB or 32GB, storage is 512GB or 1TB. The 14.2-inch display with a resolution of 3120x2080 pixels supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, claimed to cover 100% sRGB and peak brightness of up to 1000 nits.

The dimensions of the body of the novelty are 310 x 222 x 13.5 mm, weight - only 970 grams. For the quality of sound is responsible for the acoustic system HUAWEI Sound with six speakers and four microphones. The 70Wh battery supports 140W fast charging (70% in half an hour). The set of interfaces includes three USB Type-C ports, as well as Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.2.

Another feature of the laptop is support for the Super Celia Business AI feature set. It includes tools like presentation generator, text-to-picture extraction and voice control. The cursor on the screen can also follow the user's gaze, “jumping” from the laptop to a smartphone of the same brand.

HUAWEI Qingyun HM940 price and launch date have not been announced yet.
