Honor has introduced a gaming tablet Pad GT. The novelty is equipped with a screen with high refresh rate, a productive processor from MediaTek and a 10,100 mAh battery. At the same time costs novelty in the basic configuration of a little more than 250 dollars. Honor Pad GT is made in a metal case and equipped with an 11.5-inch IPS-screen with a resolution of 2.8K, refresh rate of 144 Hz and IMAX Enhanced certification. The display is capable of displaying 1.07 billion colors and the maximum brightness is 500 nits. The tablet is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition processor with support for the proprietary Turbo X system, which analyzes workload scenarios with AI and optimizes resources. A large 22,000 mm² cooling system is used to prevent overheating. The built-in 10,100 mAh battery supports 66W fast charging: according to the manufacturer's claims, you can get a couple of hours of active use in 15 minutes. A system of eight speakers with support for spatial sound is responsible for sound. For shooting photos and videos, there is a rear camera at 13 MP and a front camera at 8 MP. The tablet supports Magic Pen stylus and runs on Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 shell. Honor Pad GT is already available in China in gray, white and blue colors. The base 8 + 128GB version costs 1,899 yuan (~$259), while the top-end 12 + 512GB version costs 2,799 yuan (~$382). |
