HMD Skyline 2 fully declassified ahead of release

An insider has published a full list of specifications for the yet-to-be-released HMD Skyline 2 smartphone. Apparently, the gadget will be virtually identical to its predecessor, but brighter and larger.

The HMD Skyline 2 is expected to feature an OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and performance will be handled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, along with 8/12GB of RAM and 256GB or 1TB of storage. The main camera is said to have a resolution of 108MP (OIS), while the other two cameras and the front-facing camera with autofocus will each have a resolution of 50MP.

The insider also mentioned fast 40-watt charging along with the Qi2 wireless standard, a camera button, stereo speakers, USB 3.2, and a microSD card slot. The smartphone is expected to be available in black, yellow, and teal.

Additionally, it is known that the Skyline 2 should meet HMD's proprietary Gen 2 repairability standard , and in the comments, the insider added that the screen will be twice as bright, reaching 2000 nits, and the smartphone itself will be slightly larger than its predecessor.
