Two new models have been added to Samsung's smartphone catalog - Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G. Budget gadgets with MediaTek processors are equipped with 50-megapixel main cameras and batteries for 5000 mAh, and the older model in addition boasts an extended period of software support from the manufacturer. The face of the Galaxy M16 5G is a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The maximum brightness of the backlight panel is 800 cd/m². The smartphone is based on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There is a fingerprint scanner in the power button. The resolution of the main camera of the novelty is 50 MP, ultrawide - 5 MP, frontal - 13 MP. The battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh supports 25W fast charging technology. The body of the smartphone is IP54 dust and splash proof. Samsung claims that Galaxy M16 5G will receive software updates for 6 years from the release date. The novelty will go on sale on March 5 in the Indian market at a price of $132. The more affordable Galaxy M06 5G features a 6.8-inch IPS screen with 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits brightness. The processor model and storage capacity are the same as the Galaxy M16, but in addition there is a microSD card slot. The resolution of the main camera is 50MP, the depth of field sensor is 2MP and the front camera is 8MP. The fingerprint scanner on this model is located in the power button too. The budget smartphone will go on sale on March 7 at a price of $109. |
