The ASUS Zenbook 14 laptop family has been expanded with a new model powered by a Qualcomm ARM processor. Despite its compact size, it's designed for long workdays away from a power outlet and features a decent selection of ports. The new UX3480Q is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon X X1-26-100 processor with a frequency of up to 2.97 GHz, integrated Adreno GPU, and a Hexagon NPU (up to 45 TOPS). It comes with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of PCIe 4.0 storage. The 14-inch OLED display with a 2880x1800 resolution supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Brightness in SDR is up to 500 nits, in HDR ? up to 1100 nits, and the color gamut covers 100% of the P3 color gamut. The 1.1 kg, 13.9 mm thick chassis houses a 50 Wh battery. The manufacturer claims up to 21 hours of battery life for the Zenbook 14 series, depending on workload and display settings. The new product's interface set includes two USB-C ports (up to 10 Gbps), one USB-A (up to 5 Gbps), as well as HDMI 2.1 and a combo headset jack. The new version of the ASUS Zenbook 14 is already on sale in China for 7999 yuan (about $1189), but there is no information yet about the laptop's availability in other markets. |
