ASUS has released official teasers with the presentation date of the ROG Magic X hybrid notebook with detachable keyboard. In addition to the design of the device, the company also revealed some of its technical specifications. One of the features of the model will be an AMD processor with a “charged” video core.

ASUS ROG Magic X will be based on a 16-core Ryzen AI Max+ 395 chip (clock speed up to 5.1 GHz, 64 MB of L3 cache memory, TDP 55 W). Its “embedded” Radeon 8060S with 40 processing units and GPU frequency of 2.9 GHz, as AMD claims, is comparable in performance to the discrete graphics card GeForce RTX 4070 for notebooks with similar TDP settings.

In terms of design, the new Transformer resembles a Windows tablet with a detachable keyboard. All peripheral ports, hardware and cooling system are located in the upper part of the device together with the display. At the same time on the teaser the case looks relatively thin. The presentation of the novelty will take place on February 25, its price and full specifications have not been announced yet.
