ASUS has unveiled the ExpertBook B3 G2, a new business-class laptop designed for demanding workloads. In addition to powerful hardware, the model is equipped with a modern set of interfaces and is available in several versions with different display configurations. Depending on the model, the laptop is equipped with various processors from the Intel Panther Lake family, up to the 16-core Core Ultra 7 366H. The maximum amount of DDR5 RAM is 96 GB, and M.2 2280 PCIe 5.0 and M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slots are provided for expanding disk space. The new model is available in 16-inch and 14-inch screen sizes. In both cases, there is a choice between 1080p @ 60 Hz and 1600p @ 144 Hz, and the 14-inch model with 1080p resolution can be optionally equipped with a touchscreen display. The set of interfaces includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one HDMI 2.1 port, Ethernet, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a microSD card slot. In addition, the laptop is equipped with stereo speakers, a spill-resistant keyboard, a 5-megapixel webcam (optional), as well as Wi-Fi (6E/7) and TPM 2.0 modules. No information is available yet on the prices and availability of the various ASUS ExpertBook B3 G2 configurations. |
