Acer unannounced a new gaming laptop Predator Helios Neo AI with a screen diagonal of 16 or 18 inches at the Counter-Strike tournament in Poland. The hardware component is the latest hardware from Intel and NVIDIA. Predator Helios Neo 16 AI and Predator Helios Neo 18 AI in the top modifications are equipped with Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics chip. Also in the most advanced configurations used OLED-display with a frequency of 240 Hz and a resolution of 2560x1600 for the 16-inch model and Mini LED-screen with a frequency of 250 Hz and the same resolution for 18-inch. The base variants feature Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX, GeForce RTX 5070 and a 1080p screen. Both laptops come with up to 64GB of RAM and up to 2TB of storage. Both have the same 90Wh battery. Of the ports, they have one Thunderbolt 4, one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2, three USB Type-A, one HDMI 2.1, a combo audio jack, Ethernet, and a microSD slot. The keyboard is equipped with four-zone backlighting. The Predator Helios Neo 16 AI will go on sale in the US in April (other regions in May) with prices starting at $1899.99. The Predator Neo 18 AI is expected in May in the U.S. and in June in other countries with prices starting at $2199.99. |
