For Hard reset ZTE Blade Q Pro use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone, in any available way

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. The keys can be released when the ZTE logo appears on the screen

4. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Select "yes" and confirm by pressing the Power button
