For Hard reset Zen Admire Shine use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Down and Power buttons together for a few seconds.

3. When the ZEN logo appears, release the Power button.

4. Release the Volume Down button when you see the Android robot.

5. Press Volume Up and Power buttons for a couple of seconds.

6. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select the menu item "wipe data / factory reset", and press the Power button to confirm the operation.

7. Select Yes and confirm the reset with the Power button.

8. Select from the menu "Reboot System Now" and confirm using the Power button.
